摘　　要：目的:探究经口内镜联合低温等离子辅助切除咽旁间隙肿瘤的应用价值。方法:选取2018年5月—2022年10月广西河池市第一人民医院收治的咽旁间隙肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象,采取抽签分组方式随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采取经颈入路手术,试验组采取经口入路手术,同时给予经口内镜联合低温等离子辅助干预。比较两组手术情况、并发症发生率、满意度、生活质量。结果:试验组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组住院时间和术后复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。术前,两组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组SF-36评分均高于术前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经口内镜联合低温等离子在经口入路手术中辅助切除咽旁间隙肿瘤的应用价值较好,可以有效控制术中出血量,缩短手术操作时间,提高术后生活质量,且患者对该手术的满意度较高。Objective:To explore the application value of transoral endoscopy combined with low temperature plasma assisted resection of parapharyngeal space tumors.Methods:A total of 60 patients with parapharyngeal space tumor admitted to the Guangxi Hechi City First People's Hospital from May 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent transcervical approach,the experimental group underwent transoral approach,and the oral endoscope combined with low temperature plasma assisted intervention were given.The operation status,complication rate,satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood loss and operation time of experimental group were shorter than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in hospital stay and postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in 36-item short form(SF-36)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after surgery,SF-36 scores in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transoral endoscopy combined with low temperature plasma has good application value in assisting resection of parapharyngeal space tumors during transoral approach surgery,which can effectively control intraoperative blood loss,shorten operative time and improve postoperative quality of life,and patients have high satisfaction with this surgery.
