摘  要:为研究基于数据分析的学生管理策略与学生满意度之间的关系,采用问卷调查法系统分析了学生对管理策略的满意度。结果表明,受访学生对管理策略的总体满意度较高,问卷各层面之间无显著一致性,反映出受访学生对不同层面的关注点存在差异。数据分析应用程度显著影响学生满意度,而其他层面之间无明显因果关系。在中间分位数水平上,数据认知、收集分析及数据分析应用层面均显著影响学生满意度。单因素方差分析结果显示,年级差异对满意度具有重要影响。In order to study the relationship between student management strategy and student satisfaction based on data analysis,the study systematically analyzes student satisfaction with management strategy with questionnaire survey.The results show that the overall satisfaction of the surveyed students on management strategies is high,and there is no significant consistency among all levels of the questionnaire,reflecting the differences in the concerns of the surveyed students on different levels.The degree of application of data analysis significantly affects students’satisfaction,but there is no obvious causal relationship between other levels.At the middle quantile level,data cognition,collection and analysis and application of data analysis all significantly affect students’satisfaction.The results of one-way ANOVA show that grade difference has an important effect on satisfaction.
