高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的分析高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者的临床价值。方法选取86例CIN患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗,研究组采用高频电波刀手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中失血量少于对照组,手术用时短于对照组,切口愈合用时长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(2.33%)低于对照组(16.28%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗CIN患者均可发挥显著疗效,但高频电波刀手术围手术期指标更具优势,并发症更少,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-frequency electrosurgical and cold-knife conectomy in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods 86 patients with CIN were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold knife conectomy,and the study group was treated with high frequency wave knife.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,the operation time was shorter than that of the control group,and the incision healing time was longer,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(2.33%)was lower than that of the control group(16.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both highfrequency wave knife surgery and cold knife cervical conectomy can play a significant role in the treatment of cIN patients,but high-frequency wave knife surgery has more advantages in perioperative indicators and fewer complications,and has high clinical promotion value.
