醒脑开窍针法辅治急性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针法辅治急性脑梗死的效果。方法:86例按照随机数字表法分为两组各43例,两组均用西医常规治疗及化痰通络方治疗,研究组加用醒脑开窍针法治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组肢体运动功能(FMA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),降钙素原(PCT)与C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评估量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),大脑前动脉血流速度(ACA)与基底动脉血流速度(BA)快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法辅治急性脑梗死效果较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and Huatan Tongluo Decoction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The limb motor function(FMA)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP),TCM syndrome scores,and neurological deficit assessment scale(NIHSS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity(ACA)and basilar artery blood flow velocity(BA)were faster than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
