摘 要:在大学阶段的体育教学工作开展上,教师不仅要重视学生对体育相关理论知识的掌握,还要关注学生的营养状态。在大学体育教学中进行健康营养教育,有助于提升大学生的体能水平、预防运动损伤,并帮助大学生培养良好的饮食习惯。但是目前大学健康营养教育的课程设置不完善、教学内容和方法相对单一、师资力量有限,导致健康营养教育的价值难以得到充分凸显。为此,必须要加强营养教育课程体系建设、创新营养教育教学方法和手段、加强营养教育师资队伍建设、营造良好的营养教育环境氛围,以提升健康营养教育的教学效果,充分发挥健康营养教育在体育教学中的作用。In the implementation of physical education teaching in university,teachers should not only attach importance to students’mastery of sports related theoretical knowledge,but also pay attention to their nutritional status.Conducting health and nutrition education in college physical education teaching can help improve the physical fitness level of college students,prevent sports injuries,and help them cultivate good eating habits.However,the current curriculum of health and nutrition education in universities is not perfect,the teaching content and methods are relatively single,and the teaching staff is limited,which makes it difficult to fully highlight the value of health and nutrition education.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of nutrition education curriculum system,to innovate nutrition education teaching methods and means,to strengthen the construction of nutrition education teacher team,and to create a good nutrition education environment atmosphere,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of health and nutrition education,and to fully play the role of health and nutrition education in physical education teaching.
