摘 要:随着事业单位改革的不断深化,绩效工资制度改革已成为激发员工工作动力、提高组织绩效的重要途径。基于传统薪酬体系存在的激励不足等问题,改革引入了以绩效为核心的动态薪酬机制。文章通过深入探讨事业单位绩效工资制度改革的推进过程、影响因素及其面临的挑战,为事业单位提供一系列更加科学、系统和可操作的改革建议,以期为事业单位绩效工资制度的进一步完善提供参考。With the continuous deepening of the reform of public institutions,the reform of performance pay system has become an important way to stimulate employees'work motivation and improve organizational performance.Based on the lack of incentive and other problems existing in the traditional compensation system,the reform introduces the dynamic compensation mechanism with performance as the core.This paper deeply discusses the process,influencing factors and challenges of the reform of performance pay system in public institutions.It provides a series of more scientific,systematic and operable reform suggestions for public institutions,in order to provide reference for the further improvement of the performance pay system in public institutions.
