摘 要:长壁采煤技术的链轮摆线齿廓对采煤效率和安全至关重要,但其生成过程受开采不确定性影响,特征选择和提取难度大,难以满足高效安全采煤需求。因此,本文提出基于Duffing混沌振子的长壁采煤机链轮摆线齿廓生成方法。利用反转法建立摆线齿廓方程,推导摆线齿廓结构参数;结合实际啮合状态与应用原理,采用展成法对应切齿过程,修正链轮摆线齿廓几何参数;基于Duffing混沌振子构建动力学模型,在非线性周期驱动下描述齿廓几何参数变化过程,生成长壁采煤机链轮摆线齿廓。实验结果表明:在给定设计参数下,研究方法的径向位移、轴向位移,以及法向偏角均与理论值的偏差小,满足周向侧隙和齿廓间隙要求,能够保证采煤机链轮应用过程中的啮合状态和使用寿命。The efficiency and safety of coal mining are crucially dependent on the cycloidal tooth profile of the chain wheel of long wall coal mining technology,yet its generation process is affected by mining uncertainty,making it challenging to meet the demands of efficient and safe coal mining for feature selection and extraction.Therefore,this paper presents a generated method for the cycloidal tooth profile of the chain wheel of long wall shearer,which is based on the Duffing chaotic oscillator.The equation of the cycloidal tooth profile is established,and its structural parameters are derived by using the reversal method.The Spiroflex Method corresponds to the gear cutting process based on the actual engaging state and application principles,and the geometric parameters of the cycloidal tooth profile of the chain wheel are corrected.A dynamic model is constructed based on the Duffing chaotic oscillator to describe the process of geometric parameter variation of the tooth profile under nonlinear periodic drive and generate the cycloidal tooth profile of the chain wheel of long wall shearer.The experimental results demonstrate that under the given design parameters,the radial displacement,axial displacement,and normal deviation angle of the research method exhibit small deviations from theoretical values,satisfying the requirements for circumferential backlash and tooth profile clearance,and ensuring the engaging state and service life of the shearer chain wheel during application.
