摘 要:质量管理是企业核心竞争力的组成部分,信息化管理是高效管理的推进器。质量问题信息化管理系统以现有科学技术手段为支撑,其目的是实现企业质量管理体系的持续改进和企业产品质量保证能力的不断提升。对质量管理的概念及现状进行了叙述,在分析产品质量问题信息化必要性的基础上给出了质量问题信息化管理系统建设方案,基于B/S架构开发了质量问题信息管理系统实现了质量问题的信息化管控,提高了质量数据的利用价值,提升了质量管理效率。Quality management is a part of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and information management is the propeller of efficient management.The quality problem information management system is supported by the existing scientific and technological means,and its purpose is to realize the continuous improvement of the enterprise quality management system and the continuous improvement of the enterprise product quality assurance ability.The concept and current situation of quality management are described.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of informatization of product quality problems,a construction plan of quality problem information management system is given.Based on the B/S architecture,the quality problem information management system is developed,which realizes the information control of quality problems,improves the utilization value of quality data,and improves the efficiency of quality management.
