摘　　要：介绍了欧盟RoHS合规性现状,以及欧盟对于电子电气产品有害物质的相关监管要求,结合第三方审核实践,提出了当前企业有害物质合规管理的几个普遍问题,并从风险控制的角度提出有效实施和优化有害物质风险管控的意见和建议。The current situation of RoHS compliance and the relevant regulatory requirements for hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products in the European Union are introduced.Combined with the third-party audit practice,several common problems in the compliance management of hazardous substances in enterprises at present are put forward,and opinions and suggestions on the effective implementation and optimization of hazardous substance risk control are proposed from the perspective of risk control.
