摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展和科技的日益进步,检验检测机构在各个领域中的作用越发重要。质量管理水平直接关系到检验检测机构的公信力和可持续发展。从质量管理体系的建立与完善、人员水平的持续提升、技术能力的强化和风险防控等方面深入探讨了检验检测机构应如何提升质量管理水平。对检验检测机构质量管理的现状进行了分析,并对改造措施进行了研究,以促进其质量管理水平的不断提高,更好地服务于社会和经济发展,助力国家制造强国、网络强国的建设。With the continuous development of social economy and the increasing progress of science and technology,inspection and testing institutions play an increasingly important role in various fields.The quality management level is directly related to the credibility and sustainable development of inspection and testing institutions.How to improve the quality management level of inspection and testing institutions is discussed in-depth from the perspective of the establishment and improvement of quality management system,the continuous improvement of personnel level,the strengthening of technical capabilities and risk prevention and control.The present situation of quality management in inspection and testing institutions is analyzed,and the improvement measures are studied so as to promote the continuous improvement of its quality management level,better serve the social and economic development,and help the construction of the national manufacturing power and network power.
