摘　　要：高校校园景观环境是学校物质与精神文化传承的重要载体,园林景观是其重要组成部分,在国家高校高质量发展背景下,做好新时代高品质的高校园林景观改造,具有重要的现实意义。文章首先基于帕森斯的AGIL功能模型,从项目全寿命周期设计管理角度分析高校园林景观改造功能目标实现的步骤,包括适应空间功能、保证设计目标达成、整合功能目标价值、维系美育价值功能等;继而以广州美术学院大学城校区广美湖改造为例,详细阐述设计功能目标实现的全过程和设计实施效果;最后从顶层规划、邻里共建、做好项目管理三方面提出相关建设经验供同行探讨。The landscape environment of the campus in colleges and universities is an important carrier for the inheritance of material and spiritual culture of the school,and the garden landscape is its most important component.In the context of nationwide high-quality development of the colleges and universities,it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the renovation of high-quality garden landscapes in the colleges and universities in the new era.This paper first analyzed the steps to achieve the functional goals of landscape renovation in the colleges and universities from the perspective of project life-cycle design management based on Parsons' AGIL functional model,including adapting to spatial functions,ensuring the achievement of design goals,integrating functional target values,and maintaining aesthetic education value functions,and so on.Then taking the renovation of Guangmei Lake on university town campus of The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts as an example,this paper elaborated in detail on the entire process of achieving design functional goals and the implementation effects of the design.Finally,relevant construction experiences were proposed for peer discussion from three aspects of top-level planning,neighborhood co-construction,and good project management.
