冠延长手术导板在美学区固定桥修复中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的:评价使用冠延长导板指导美学区固定桥基牙冠延长术对固定桥修复的临床效果。方法:选择2018年6月~2022年6月入院行牙冠延长术后固定桥修复患者30例,随机分为实验组14例和对照组16例。分别使用冠延长导板和传统经验法进行冠延长术,术后3个月固定桥修复。比较两组冠延长术后3个月、6个月时牙周健康、粉白美学指数及修复后并发症。结果:术后6个月,实验组PES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组探诊深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用冠延长导板引导固定桥基牙冠延长术可以提高修复治疗后粉白美学效果,维护基牙牙周健康。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of crown extension operation on fixed bridge abutment guided by crown extension guide in aesthetic area.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2022,30 patients admitted to hospital for fixed bridge restoration after crown extension surgery were randomly divided into experimental group(14 cases)and control group(16 cases).The crown lengthening operation was performed using the crown lengthening guide and the traditional empirical method respectively.The fixed bridge was repaired 3 months after the operation.Periodontal health,pink and white aesthetic index and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after crown lengthening surgery.Results:Six months after operation,PES score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The probing depth of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using a crown lengthening guide to guide fixed abutment crown lengthening surgery can improve the pink and white aesthetic effect after restorative treatment and maintain the periodontal health of the abutment teeth.
