摘 要:近视是儿童青少年最常见的眼病,已成为影响儿童青少年视力健康的重要问题。近视眼患病率呈逐年上升及低龄化趋势,是全球关注的公共卫生和社会问题。近年来研究表明,AL/CR比值在筛查及诊断近视方面的价值高于AL,可作为儿童青少年近视评估的新的客观监测指标。本文就AL/CR与近视发生发展的关系以及在近视筛查、诊断中的应用进行综述,为儿童青少年早期近视风险判断及临床防控工作提供指导和参考。Myopia is the most common eye disease in children and adolescents,and it has become an important problem affecting the visual health of children and adolescents.The prevalence of myopia is increasing year by year and becoming younger,which is a public health and social problem of global concern.Recent studies have shown that Axial length/Corneal radius of curvature ratio(AL/CR)is more valuable than axial length(AL)in screening and diagnosing myopia.And it is a new objective measure that can be used to evaluate myopia in children and adolescents.This article reviews the occurrence and development relationship between AL/CR and myopia and its application of AL in diagnosis,so as to provide guidance and reference for early myopia risk judgment and clinical prevention and control in children and adolescents.
