摘 要:该文旨在探讨营养膳食搭配对冰雪竞技运动员运动状态的影响,并提出相应的营养膳食搭配策略。通过对冰雪竞技运动员的营养需求特点、不同营养成分对运动状态的影响以及营养膳食搭配的提升对策进行分析,发现通过调整膳食比例和种类,能够促进运动员肌肉生长与合成、缓解运动疲劳,最终达到提升运动员竞技状态的目的。综合分析不同营养成分对其运动状态的影响,提出了营养膳食搭配的策略,以期为冰雪竞技运动员的营养膳食提供理论依据和实践指导。This article aims to explore the impact of nutritional dietary combinations on the exercise status of ice and snow athletes,and propose corresponding strategies for nutritional dietary combinations.By analyzing the nutritional needs of ice and snow athletes,the impact of different nutritional components on their exercise status,and strategies to improve nutritional dietary combinations,it was found that adjusting dietary proportions and types can promote muscle growth and synthesis,alleviate exercise fatigue,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving athletes'competitive status.A comprehensive analysis of the impact of different nutritional components on their exercise status has been conducted,and strategies for combining nutritional diets have been proposed to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the nutritional diets of ice and snow athletes.
