摘 要:速度滑冰运动对运动员的身体协调性要求较高,且其属于周期性运动项目,尤其对于青少年速度滑冰运动员,其需要在滑跑过程中保证各类动作的高度自动化,还应始终保持肌肉的协调放松,进而获得更为理想的运动训练效果。该文分析了青少年速度滑冰训练中肌肉放松能力发挥的主要作用,如促进合成ATP与改善神经系统功能等,总结了青少年速度滑冰训练中提高肌肉放松能力的有效对策,旨在通过利用科学高效的训练方法帮助运动员提高自身的肌肉放松能力,进而提升其日常训练和比赛水平,进而提高中国体育事业的发展质量与国际竞争力。Speed skating requires a high level of physical coordination for athletes,and it belongs to periodic sports.Especially for young speed skaters,they need to ensure a high degree of automation in various movements during the skating process,and always maintain muscle coordination and relaxation to achieve more ideal sports training results.This article analyzes the main role of muscle relaxation ability in adolescent speed skating training,such as promoting ATP synthesis and improving nervous system function.It summarizes effective strategies to improve muscle relaxation ability in adolescent speed skating training,aiming to use scientific and efficient training methods to help athletes improve their muscle relaxation ability,thereby enhancing their daily training and competition level,and enhancing the development quality and international competitiveness of China's sports industry.
