科教兴国战略背景下云南省高校双师型体育人才培养策略研究

摘　　要：近年来,为了适应社会经济政治的发展,高校作为各类人才培养的主阵地也在不断地深化改革。体育作为国家大健康发展战略和国民体质提升的重要推手,体育人才的培养显得尤为重要。在中国式现代化进程中,体育教师不仅要具备传授体育知识和方法,更要具备指导学生参与体育实践活动的能力,因此高校需要建立一支高质量的双师型教师队伍才能保障人才培养的质量。该文主要针对云南省高校双师型体育人才建设和培养的必要性进行分析,并为云南省高校双师型体育人才的培养提供方案和策略。In recent years,in order to adapt to the development of social economy and politics,universities,as the main battlefield for various talent cultivation,have also been continuously deepening reforms.As an important driving force for the development strategy of national health and the improvement of national physical fitness,the cultivation of sports talents is particularly important.In the process of Chinese path to modernization,physical education teachers should not only have the ability to teach sports knowledge and methods,but also have the ability to guide students to participate in sports practice.Therefore,colleges and universities need to establish a high-quality team of double qualified teachers to ensure the quality of talent training.This article mainly analyzes the necessity of constructing and cultivating dual teacher sports talents in Yunnan Province's universities,and provides plans and strategies for the cultivation of dual teacher sports talents in Yunnan Province's universities.
