“学练赛评”教学模式在校园足球教学训练中的运用策略探究

摘  要:校园足球“学练赛评”四位一体模式构成了一个完整的教育体系,其中每一个环节都不可或缺、相互关联、相互促进。在该体系中,“学”是构建基本知识和技能的基础,“练”是通过反复实践提高技能的核心,“赛”是检验和展示技能的关键环节,“评”则是对学习和比赛过程进行反馈和驱动的重要手段。在足球教学训练中,教师应以“学练赛评”一体化为视角,指导学生将学、练、赛、评四个环节进行紧密结合,相互促进,引导学生通过学习掌握基本知识和技能,进而在实践中不断提高技能水平,通过比赛展示技能并接受检验。最后通过评价对学习和比赛过程进行反思和总结,找到提高的方向。总之,教师应在足球教学训练中注重“学练赛评”一体化,以更好地帮助学生提高足球技能和素养。The four in one model of"learning,training,competition and evaluation"in campus football constitutes a complete educational system,in which each link is indispensable,interrelated,and mutually reinforcing.In this system,"learning"is the foundation for building basic knowledge and skills,"practice"is the core for improving skills through repeated practice,"competition"is the key link for testing and demonstrating skills,and"evaluation"is an important means of feedback and driving the learning and competition process.In football teaching and training,teachers should take the integration of"learning,practice,competition,and evaluation"as the perspective,guide students to closely combine the four stages of learning,practice,competition,and evaluation,promote each other,guide students to master basic knowledge and skills through learning,and continuously improve their skill level in practice,demonstrate skills through competitions and accept tests.Finally,reflect and summarize the learning and competition process through evaluation,and find directions for improvement.In short,teachers should pay attention to the integration of learning,practice,competition and evaluation in football teaching and training,in order to better help students improve their football skills and literacy.
