摘 要:健康体适能是人们在健康状态下更好地完成日常工作生活所具备的体能需求状况,主要涉及心肺适能、肌肉适能、柔韧性和身体成分等内容,基本上涵盖了高校体育教育所追求的体质健康目标。田径教学是高校体育教学的重要组成部分,所以将健康体适能理念融入田径教学中是非常有价值的。基于此,该文首先对健康体适能理念进行概述,然后结合健康体适能理念进行高校田径教学方案设计,最后对田径教学中健康体适能理念应用效果进行分析,并提出合理的建议,旨在促进高校田径教学改革的深化和田径教学质量的不断提升。Healthy physical fitness refers to the physical needs that people need to better complete their daily work and life in a healthy state.It mainly involves cardiovascular fitness,muscle fitness,flexibility,and body composition,and basically covers the physical health goals pursued by physical education in universities.Track and field teaching is an important component of physical education in universities,so integrating the concept of healthy physical fitness into track and field teaching is very valuable.Based on this,the article first provides an overview of the concept of healthy physical fitness,then combines it with the design of university track and field teaching plans.Finally,the application effect of the concept of healthy physical fitness in track and field teaching is analyzed,and reasonable suggestions are proposed,aiming to promote the deepening of field teaching reform in universities and the continuous improvement of track and field teaching quality.
