摘 要:“一带一路”沿线国家和地区是推动国际中文教育转型和发展的关键区域。“一带一路”倡议提出十年来,中国将中亚、东南亚、非洲等地区整合到同一平台,国际中文教育取得了重要发展,其内涵、形式、作用和方向等发生了较大变化,显示出与以往不一样的特点。文章将“一带一路”建设十年国际中文教育的发展历程归纳为汉语国际推广的发展期和国际中文教育的转型期两个阶段,总结每个阶段的发展成果和特征,深入剖析国际中文教育从社会治理、经贸发展、文化互鉴、教育对外开放等方面对“一带一路”建设和人类命运共同体构建的作用和影响,提出国际中文教育未来发展的探索路径和重点方向,以期为“一带一路”建设背景下国际中文教育高质量发展、中国语言文化高效传播提供参考借鉴。Countries and regions along the“Belt and Road”are the key areas for promoting the transformation and development of international Chinese language education.Over the past ten years since“the Belt and Road Initiative”was proposed,China has integrated Central Asia,Southeast Asia,Africa and other regions into a single platform,and its international Chinese language education has achieved significant development,whose connotations,forms,roles and orientations have undergone major changes,demonstrating distinct characteristics different from the past.The article divides the development process of international Chinese language education over the past ten years into two phases during the implementation of“the Belt and Road Initiative”:the development phase of international Chinese language spread and the transformation phase of international Chinese language education.It summarizes the development achievements and characteristics of each phase,deeply analyzes the roles and impacts of international Chinese language education on the implementation of“the Belt and Road Initiative”and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind in terms of social governance,economic and trade development,cultural exchange and education-based opening up to the outside world.It also proposes exploratory paths and key directions for the future development of international Chinese language education,aiming to shed light on the high-quality development of international Chinese language education and the efficient spread of the Chinese language and culture in the context of“the Belt and Road Initiative”.
