摘  要:教育,乃国家之本,强国之基。百年前的湖南一师群星璀璨,英才辈出,这与当时汇聚了一大批“大先生”密切相关。他们秉承教育救国的理想信念,坚守育人初心,通过启智式交往、朋友式交往、典范式交往、同志式交往等方式,为国施教、启智润心、春风化雨、润物无声,以先知觉后知,以先觉觉后觉,培育了一大批胸怀“国之大者”“至诚报国”的国家栋梁之才。这些“大先生”的育人智慧、躬耕态度、行为示范等对新时代“大先生”如何践行教育家精神、如何铸魂育人、如何培育中国式现代化栋梁之材有较强的启示意义。Education is the foundation of the country.A hundred years ago,Hunan First Normal School has cultivated a large number of great talents,which is closely related to the fact that the school has a group of renowned teachers.They uphold the belief of saving the country through education,adhere to the original intention of educating people,and through methods such as enlightening interaction,friendship interaction,normative interaction,and comradely interaction.They taught for the country,enlightened and nourished students.Their wisdom,attitude and behavior demonstration have a strong enlightenment on how to cultivate the great talents of Chinese path to modernization in the new era.
