摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,探究德国足球青训体系、发展经验,并提出对我国的启示。发展经验:开辟层次清晰的人才输送路径,打造精细化的人才培养模式,搭建科学、合理的青训赛事体系,培养高素质、专业化的教练员队伍,建立家、校、社多方联动的合作机制。启示:构建多维度的人才选拔机制,设立常态化的精英训练中心,构建高质量的训练和赛事体系,注重系统化的教练员培训过程,建立多元融合的精英保障体系。By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper probed into the German football youth training system and development experience,and put forward the enlightenment to China.Development experience:It opens up a clear level of talent transportation path,creates a refined talent training model,builds a scientific and reasonable youth training competition system,trains a high-quality,professional team of coaches,and establishes a multi-party cooperation mechanism of home,school and community.Enlightenment:We should build a multi-dimensional talent selection mechanism,establish a regular elite training center,build a high-quality training and competition system,pay attention to a systematic training process for coaches,and establish a diversified and integrated elite security system.
