摘　　要：血小板在生理环境下有助于维持脑稳态,而血小板功能障碍也与许多疾病的发生密切相关,如神经退行性疾病。本文就血小板的多种功能及其在神经退行性疾病中的其中一种——帕金森病的发生发展中的作用展开总结综述,讨论血小板功能状态与帕金森病病理的相关性,血小板异态作为帕金森病诊断和预后的外周生物标志物的可能性和潜在临床意义以及健康血小板在帕金森病中的治疗潜力。Platelets contribute to maintaining brain homeostasis in a physiological environment,and platelet dysfunction is closely associated with the occurrence of many diseases,including neurodegenerative diseases.This article provides a comprehensive summary of the various functions of platelets and their role in the occurrence and development of one specific neurodegenerative disease,Parkinson's disease.It discusses the correlation between platelet functional status and Parkinson's disease pathology,the potential and possible clinical significance of platelet heterogeneity as a peripheral biomarker for Parkinson's disease diagnosis and prognosis,as well as the therapeutic potential of healthy platelets in Parkinson's disease.
