摘  要:随着社会的快速发展和教育改革的不断深入,工科类高职院校学生面临的学业和职业上的压力日益增大,心理健康问题突出。通过实证研究,深入分析了工科类高职院校学生心理健康问题产生的原因及影响因素,提出了构建四层心理健康干预模式、建立女性互助支持团体、打造四位一体健康教育体系、构建多元化宣传教育氛围的教育提升策略。With the rapid development of society and the continuous deepening of education reform,students in engineering vocational colleges are facing increasing academic and professional pressure,and their mental health problems are prominent.Through empirical research,the causes and influencing factors of psychological health problems among students in engineering vocational colleges were analyzed in depth.Strategies for improving mental health were proposed,including constructing a four tiered intervention model for mental health,establishing women's mutual assistance and support groups,creating a four in one health education system,and building a diversified publicity and education atmosphere.
