摘 要:为研究近交系大骨鸡不同杂交组合的肉用性能,将4个近交家系分为5个处理组,分别为混合输精(处理1组)、黄胫肉用♂×青胫肉用♀(处理2组)、黄胫产蛋♂×青胫产蛋♀(处理3组)、青胫肉用♂×黄胫肉用♀(处理4组),青胫产蛋♂×黄胫产蛋♀(处理5组),每组选取杂交的后代公鸡分别为54、54、63、30、33只,每组3个重复,饲养至20周龄。结果表明,处理2组、处理3组和处理4组大骨鸡公鸡6周龄的体重(BW)和0~6周龄的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于处理5组(P<0.05);处理2组的料重比(F/G)显著低于处理4组(P<0.05)。20周龄末,处理1组和处理2组,大骨鸡公鸡体重极显著高于处理3组和处理5组(P<0.01);7~20周龄,处理1组和处理2组大骨鸡公鸡ADG极显著高于处理3组和处理5组(P<0.01),显著高于处理4组(P<0.05),处理2组料重比(F/G)显著低于处理3组、处理1组和处理5组(P<0.05)。20周龄末,处理组间屠宰性能指标无显著差异(P>0.05),胸肌和腿肌肉色a、b、L值,剪切力、p H和滴水损失率无显著差异(P>0.05);处理2、3、5组皮下脂肪厚度显著高于处理1组(P<0.05);胸肌肉色a值与胸肌率显著负相关(P<0.05),与胸肌肉色b值和胸肌滴水损失率显著正相关(P<0.05),胸肌肉色b值与胸肌L值、胸肌滴水损失率显著正相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,处理2组(黄胫肉用♂×青胫肉用♀)有较高的增重性能和较低的料重比,近交系大骨鸡的不同杂交组合对屠宰性能和肉色无显著影响,胸肌肉色值与胸肌率、胸肌滴水损失之间有相关关系,可供后续选育提供参考。In order to study the effect of inbred big-boned chickens on the combination of matching lines for meat performance,four inbred family lines were divided into five treatment groups,namely,mixed insemination(treatment group 1),yellow tibia meat♂×green tibia meat♀(treatment group 2),yellow tibia laying♂×green tibia egg-laying♀(treatment group 3),green tibia meat♂×yellow tibia meat♀(treatment group 4),green tibia egg-laying♂×yellow tibia egg-laying♀(treatment group 5),and the crosses were selected from each group.54,54,63,30 and 33 offspring roosters were selected from each group,with three replicates in each group,and reared until 20 weeks of age.At the end of 20 weeks of age,ADG of big-boned chicken roosters was extremely significantly higher(P<0.01)than that of treatment 3 and treatment 5 in treatment 1 and treatment 2 groups,and significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of treatment 4,and the feed-to-weight ratio of treatment 2 was significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of treatment 3,treatment 1 and treatment 5.At the end of 20 weeks of age,there were no significant differences in slaughtering performance indices between treatment groups(P>0.05),and the breast muscle and leg muscle There were no significant differences(P>0.05)in color a,b,and L values,shear force,pH,and drip loss rate;subcutaneous fat thickness was significantly higher in treatment 2,3,and 5 than in treatment 1(P<0.05);pectoral muscle color A value was significantly negatively correlated with pectoral muscle rate(P<0.05),and was significantly positively correlated with pectoral muscle color b and pectoral muscle drip loss rate(P<0.05),and pectoral muscle color b and pectoral muscle L value,pectoral drip loss rate were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).In conclusion,the treatment 2group(yellow tibia meat♂×green tibia meat♀)had higher weight gain performance and lower feedto-weight ratio,and different crossbreeding combinations of inbred big-boned chickens did not have significant effects on slaughter performance and
