分析口腔正畸患者采用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗效果和舒适度

摘　　要：目的探究并分析无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗在口腔正畸患者治疗中的应用及其对治疗效果和舒适度的影响情况。方法通过选取2021-2023年该院收治的口腔正畸患者,经筛选后选择60例符合标准的患者作为本次研究的目标,患者经随机分组平分为两组各30例,对其中一组患者采用传统固定矫治术治疗并标为对照组,另一组患者视为观察组并采用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗方法。对不同治疗操作下两组口腔正畸患者的临床有效水平、牙周健康情况、患者舒适情况、治疗满意情况进行对比分析。结果对比患者间的治疗效果差异,得到观察组患者在无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗操作下临床有效率获得了更加有效的提升(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的牙周健康情况具有更好的表现(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗中拥有更好的舒适情况(P<0.05);观察组患者对于治疗操作的过程更加的满意(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗的应用在口腔正畸患者治疗中具有多方面的积极作用,对于提升治疗效果,满足患者治疗舒适需求等方面都有良好的帮助效果,是临床上对于口腔正畸患者治疗的优秀之选。Objective To explore and analyze the application of the invisible orthodontic technology in the treatment of orthodontic patients and its influence on the treatment effect and comfort.Methods by selecting 2021-2023 years of patients in orthodontic from Renshou County Sixth People's Hospital,after screening selected 60 patients meet the criteria as the goal of the study,patients by randomized into two groups of 30 cases,a group of patients with traditional fixed treatment and labeled as the control group,another group of patients as observation group and adopt no bracket invisible treatment treatment technology.The clinical effectiveness level,periodontal health,patient comfort,and treatment satisfaction of the two groups of orthodontic patients under different treatment operations were compared and analyzed.Results Compared to the difference in treatment effect between patients,patients in the observation group were improved(P<0.05);the periodontal health after treatment(P<0.05);patients in the observation group had better comfort in treatment(P<0.05);patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the treatment procedure(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of invisible orthodontic technology has many positive effects in the treatment of orthodontic patients,and has a good help effect on improving the treatment effect and meeting the treatment comfort needs of patients.It is an excellent clinical choice for the treatment of orthodontic patients.
