摘 要:随着社会的发展,药企和相关单位对药学专业人才的光谱分析能力有了更高要求。为使药学相关专业的光谱分析能力与社会需求相适应,本文结合成果导向教育理念(OBE),提出以四大波谱解析实践为导向的光谱分析教学改革,并围绕这一改革进行了深入探讨,通过整合教学内容、提升教师知识储备、升级教学模式、挖掘思政案例、完善评价体系等系列措施,旨在激发学生的学习兴趣和提高学生对紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、核磁共振波谱及质谱的应用能力,满足社会和企业当前对该类专业人才的需求。With the development of society,pharmaceutical companies and related units have higher requirements for the spectral analysis ability of pharmaceutical professionals.In order to adapt the spectral analysis ability of pharmacy related majors to the social needs,this paper combined with the outcome based education(OBE),proposed the spectral analysis teaching reform to the four spectral analysis practices,and carried out an in-depth discussion to this reform.Through a series of measures such as integrating teaching content,improving teachers'knowledge reserve,upgrading teaching mode,mining ideological and political cases,and improving the evaluation system,the aim is to stimulate students'learning interest and improve students'application ability of UV-VIS spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry,so as to meet the current needs of society and enterprises for such professionals.
