摘 要:江苏泰州顾高庄教师盛啸黎在20世纪30年代的乡村教育建设运动中,克服乡村学校恶劣环境,承接庞杂教学工作,应对经费短缺、师资不足等外在困难,逐渐从一位乡村教育新人,成长为能够对乡村教育改造进行理论内化与自主实践的成熟教师。从拓荒者、深耕者再到反思者,其所留下的200余篇日记,不仅有利于丰富对民国乡村教育变革中重要群体的认知,同时也为在乡村振兴背景下激励乡村教师群体保持教育理想、热爱并扎根乡村注入能量。During the movement of rural education construction in the 1930s,Sheng Xiaoli,a teacher from Gugaozhuang,Taizhou,Jiangsu Province,was being committed to work on arduous instructions in the harsh conditions of rural schools to overcome the internal and external difficulties in fund and staff,developing into a mature instructor capable of theorization and practice of rural education from a novice faculty member.This paper reviewed over 200 diaries on Sheng Xiaoli’s pioneering,cultivating and introspection of rural teaching work that not only enrich the recognition of important faculty groups in the rural education reform of the Republic of China,but also provide good implications for today’s rural teachers to cherish passion and love to be dedicated to rural education in the context of rural revitalization.
