摘 要:高中阶段学校多样化发展建立在高中阶段教育内部结构协调的基础上。面对新的发展形势,“十四五”时期,我国以资源配置、样态呈现、多元选择为发展向度,持续扩充优质教育资源,构建区域高中多样化发展新格局,重塑高中学校的职能定位。当前,我国高中多样化发展的制约因素主要体现在地方政策配套不完善,高中学校办学自主权落实不到位,地方推进高中学校分类评价制度不积极等。破解高中多样化发展的现实阻碍应系统设计高中学校多样化发展路径,支持高中学校充分办学自主,探索高中学校办学评价新机制。The diversified development of senior middle schools is based on the coordination of the internal structure of secondary education.For the diversified development of high schools,China is committed to the strategy of building a high-quality and balanced system of secondary education in the new era from the perspectives of resource allocation,paradigm presentation and diversified selection to continuously expand quality educational resources for the establishment of regional diversification of high schools during the 14th-five-year plan.This study explored such restrictions in the advancement of high schools as the imperfect local policies,the inadequate implementation of running autonomy,and the inactive promotion of classified and evaluation system in local administrations.To address these existing problems,it considered a systemic approach toward the diversified development of high schools through the complete expansion of autonomous establishment and the construction of new evaluation mechanism for high schools running and management.
