摘 要:采用自稳定沉淀聚合法制备了马来酸酐/α-甲基苯乙烯交联聚合物微球,通过甲醇洗涤、抽真空和干燥对聚合物微球进行后处理,研究了后处理工艺,包括甲醇用量、干燥温度和时间对聚合物微球性能的影响,并通过SEM,FTIR,TG,TG-FTIR,^(1)H NMR等手段对后处理前后的聚合物进行了表征。实验结果表明,室温下甲醇洗涤两次、抽真空、130℃下干燥12 h不会改变聚合物微球的形貌、结构、粒径及其分布;甲醇洗涤有利于降低聚合物微球中的挥发分和控制黄色指数;用144 g甲醇洗涤两次、抽真空、在150~160℃下干燥8~12 h,可有效降低聚合物微球中的挥发分,所得聚合物微球的黄色指数低于6。The uniform cross-linked maleic anhydride/α-methylstyrene copolymer microspheres were prepared by self-stable precipitation polymerization.The polymer microspheres were post-treated by washing with methanol,vacuumizing and drying.The effects of the post-treatment process such as methanol washing amount,drying temperature and time on the properties of the polymer microspheres were studied.Properties of polymers were characterized by SEM,FTIR,TG,TG-FTIR,and^(1)H NMR.The results show that washing twice with methanol at room temperature,followed by vacuum extraction and drying at 130℃for 12 h did not change morphology,structure,particle size and its distribution of polymer microspheres.Washing with methanol helps to reduce the volatile content and control the yellow index(YI)of polymer microspheres.Washing twice with 144 g methanol,vacuuming and drying at 150-160℃for 8-12 h can effectively reduce the volatile content in the polymer microspheres,the resultant polymer microspheres exhibit a YI of lower than 6.
