摘 要:机械化采摘技术在葡萄生产中显著提升了效率和果实质量,降低了劳动成本。利用振动、剪切和吸附等多种机械装置,替代人工完成高效、低损伤的采摘。智能化和自动化技术的应用,使设备能够精准识别果实成熟度和位置,优化采摘路径,减少误差和损伤。尽管面临设备成本、维护和操作培训等挑战,机械化采摘的持续创新和推广将推动葡萄产业的现代化和可持续发展,带来更大的经济和社会效益。The application of mechanized harvesting technology in grape production has significantly improved work-ing efficiency and fruit quality while reducing labor costs.Using various mechanical devices such as vibration,cutting,and suction,mechanized harvesting replaces manual labor to achieve high-efficiency and low-damage harvesting.The integration of intelligent and automated technologies enables the harvester to accurately identify the ripeness and posi-tion of the grape fruit,optimize harvesting paths and minimize errors and damage.Despite challenges related to equip-ment cost,maintenance and operator training,continuous innovation and promotion of mechanized harvesting will drive the modernization and sustainable development of the grape industry,and bring greater economic and social benefits.
