摘　　要：目的:探讨神经纤维瘤Ⅱ型(NF2)的影像学特点,以提高对该病诊断率,对未或已经出现临床表现的患者进行提早治疗。方法:回顾性分析NF2患者的临床表现和影像学资料,分析NF2患者病变的信号特点、分布及与椎管和神经的关系。结论:NF2的CT、MRI表现有一定特征性,CT及MRI对于NF2患者具有较好的诊断效能。Objective:To investigate the imaging characteristics of neurofibromatosis type II(NF2)in order to improve disease diagnosis and facilitate early treatment for patients,regardless of clinical mani-festations.Methods:The clinical manifestations and imaging data of NF2 patients,including lesion char-acteristics,distribution,and their relationship with the spinal canal and nerves,were retrospectively ana-lyzed.Both CT and MRI were utilized to effectively demonstrate the lesions'impact on bone,signal char-acteristics,distribution,and their relationship with the spinal canal and nerves.Conclusion:CT and MRI of NF2 have certain characteristics,and CT and MRI have better diagnostic efficacy for patients with NF2.
