儒家民本思想在新时代中国社会治理中的“双创”研究

摘　　要：坚持以人民为中心是学习和实践马克思主义的首要思想,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的根本立场。通过探讨儒家民本社会治理思想“创造性转化”和“创新性发展”的可能性,强调其体现的中国共产党群众路线的文化底蕴,以及与中国化马克思主义的价值契合和国家治理体系及其能力现代化的应用。基于这些讨论,进一步论证儒家民本思想的现代转向路径、层面、内容及要素,重点考察公正与民生、德治与法治、民主与贤能作为社会治理的根本原则和主要方法,并试图在规范和实证的层面上构建一个既能传承中国优秀传统文化、又能满足现代社会需求的社会治理新模式。Adhering to the people-centered principle is the primary ideology in studying and practicing Marxism,and it represents the fundamental stance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.By exploring the potential of“creative transformation”and“innovative development”of Confucian people-oriented social governance thought,the research highlights the cultural foundation of the mass line of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the compatibility with the values of Sinicized Marxism,and the application to the modernization of the national governance system and capabilities.Based on the discussions,it further argues for the modern transformation paths,dimensions,content,and elements of Confucian people-oriented thought,focusing on justice and people’s livelihood,governance by virtue and the rule of law,democracy,and meritocracy as fundamental principles and main approaches of social governance.It also attempts to construct a social governance model that both inherits excellent traditional culture and adapts to the practical needs of modern society from both normative and empirical perspectives.
