摘　　要：针对铸造装备砂箱的自动化加工,提出了一种智能、自动化砂箱生产线,包括桁架以及沿桁架直线方向上依次设有的可翻转伺服机械手、双向自对中机构及若干个切削机床。本生产线智能化及自动化程度高,通过伺服机械手,可实现对砂箱工件的抓取、旋转,可轻松应对多种不同尺寸的砂箱工件,且工件的对中精度高。切削机床还可满足立式及卧式的双面加工,大大提高了生产效率。For the automatic processing of sand box for foundry equipment,an intelligent and automatic sand box production line is proposed,including a truss,a reversible servo manipulator,a two-way self-aligning mechanism and several cutting machines in the linear direction along the truss.The production line has high degree of intelligence and automation,through the servo manipulator,it can realize the grasping and rotating of the sand box workpiece,and it can easily cope with a variety of different sizes of sand box workpieces,and the workpiece centering precision is high.The cutting machine can also meet the vertical and horizontal double-sided machining,greatly improving the production efficiency.
