摘　　要：化学国家级实验教学示范中心(中山大学)以立德树人为根本,以队伍建设为核心,以实验教学改革为重点,以实验室建设为基础,以创新管理体制、运行机制改革为动力,稳步扎实推进实验教学中心高质量内涵式发展。文章从建设情况、管理体制、资源整合、队伍建设、实验教学体系、人才培养等方面展示了化学国家级实验教学示范中心(中山大学)的建设过程和成果。The National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Chemistry at Sun Yat-sen University has been steadily and solidly promoting the high-quality,intrinsic development by rooting on moral education and talent cultivation,focusing on faculty development,emphasizing reform of experimental teaching,taking the laboratory construction as the foundation,and the innovation in management systems and operational mechanisms as the driving forces.This paper presents the construction process and achievements of the center,covering aspects such as construction situation,management systems,resource integration,faculty development,experimental teaching systems,and talent cultivation.
