摘 要:运用整群抽样,选取广西10家“三甲”医院的600名产科护士(全日制本科学历300人、高职学历300人)作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、产科护士核心能力测评表进行调查。结果显示,全日制本科学历产科护士核心能力整体水平高于高职学历产科护士(P<0.05),主要表现在评判性思维/科研能力、领导能力、专业发展、教育/咨询4个维度,这为护理管理者加强对高职学历产科护士的业务培训、提升其核心能力水平提供了有益参考。Selecting 600 obstetric nurses from 10 Grade-A hospitals in Guangxi(300 with full-time undergraduate and 300 with higher vocational education)as research subjects with cluster sampling method.Conducted a survey with General Information Questionnaire and Obstetric Nurses'Core Competence Assessment Table.The results show that the overall core competence level of full-time undergraduate obstetric nurses was higher than higher vocational obstetric nurses(P<0.05),mainly manifested in four dimensions:critical thinking/scientific research ability,leadership ability,professional development,and education/consultation.This provides useful reference for nursing managers to strengthen professional training for higher vocational obstetric nurses and improve their core competence level.
