摘　　要：实验室安全是高校师生在开展科研工作时的基础保障,随着实验室内的设备更新,实验室内环境愈加复杂,实验室安全教育模式与时俱进非常必要。通过分析高校实验室安全教育现状及存在的问题,结合“三全育人”理念探索科学高效的实验室安全教育模式。从全员、全程与全方位角度提升实验室安全教育效果,以提高实验人员安全素质和安全意识,确保实验室安全高效运行。Laboratory safety is the fundamental guarantee for university teachers and students in conducting scientific research.With the updating of laboratory equipment and the increasing complexity of the laboratory environment,it is necessary to keep pace with the times in laboratory safety education model.By analyzing the status and existing problems of laboratory safety education in universities,combined with the concept of"Three-wide Education",we explore a scientific and efficient model of laboratory safety education.We aim to improve the effectiveness of laboratory safety education from the perspectives of all staff,the whole process,and all aspects,so as to enhance the safety quality and awareness of laboratory personnel and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory.
