摘　　要：目的调查ICU护士操作性疼痛培训现状及需求,为后期开展针对性培训提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法抽取成都、绵阳、泸州、宜宾、资阳、乐山、重庆等城市部分三级医院护士共655名,采取自制的《ICU护士操作性疼痛培训现状及需求调查问卷》进行调查。结果仅31.0%的ICU护士接受过操作性疼痛培训,85.3%的ICU护士认为有必要培训操作性疼痛管理相关知识。性别、职称、学历是ICU护士操作性疼痛培训的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论ICU护士操作性疼痛培训需求较高、目前的培训不足,后期应加强ICU护士操作性疼痛的规范化培训管理,以满足临床需求。Objective To investigate the status and training needs of ICU nurses in procedural pain,and provide a reference for targeted training in the future.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 655 nurses from some Grade-Ⅲhospitals in cities such as Chengdu,Mianyang,Luzhou,Yibin,Ziyang,Leshan and Chongqing.A self-designed"ICU Nurse's Questionnaire on the Status and Training Needs in Procedural Pain"was used for the investigation.Results Only 31.0%of ICU nurses had received training in procedural pain,and 85.3%of ICU nurses believed that it was necessary to train knowledge related to procedural pain management.Gender,post title,and education level were influencing factors in the training of ICU nurses in procedural pain(P<0.01).Conclusion ICU nurses have a high demand for training in procedural pain,but the current training is insufficient.In the future,standardized training management for ICU nurses in procedural pain should be strengthened to meet clinical needs.
