摘 要:目的分析我校不同专业、性别和国籍的医学生对问诊和医患沟通认知的现状及存在的问题,为改进问诊与医患沟通的教学提供参考。方法对大连医科大学在2022-2023学年刚完成临床诊断学课程学习的上述医学生和临床诊断学授课教师进行问卷调查,了解不同类型医学生对问诊的内容、问诊的方法与技巧、医患沟通的认知及授课后授课教师对医学生问诊与医患沟通认知的评价,并比较不同类型(除公共管理类专业)医学生临床诊断学期末成绩,总结教学中存在的问题。结果其他临床医学类专业、医学技术类专业、公共管理类专业医学生对问诊和医患沟通的认知弱于临床医学专业(P<0.05);不同专业、国籍的医学生在问诊的方法与技巧维度上相对薄弱;女生对问诊和医患沟通的认知弱于男生(P<0.05)。结论基于一流课程建设的要求,在问诊与医患沟通教学改进上,应注重丰富教学模式、改革教学方法、加强实践及早期接触临床等,以提高问诊与医患沟通的教学效果。Objective To analyze status and existing problems of medical students'cognition of inquiry and doctor-patient communication with different majors,genders,and nationalities in our university,and to provide reference for improving the teaching of inquiry and doctor-patient communication.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the above-mentioned medical students who just completed the course of clinical diagnostics and clinical diagnostics teachers in Dalian Medical University in the academic year of 2022-2023,to find out the contents,methods and skills of different types of medical students'inquiry,the cognition of doctor-patient communication and the evaluation of the teachers'cognition of medical students'inquiry and doctor-patient communication after teaching,and to compare the final scores of different types of medical students(except public management majors)in clinical diagnostics,and summarize the problems existing in teaching.Results The medical students of other clinical medicine majors,medical technology majors and public management majors have weaker knowledge of inquiry and doctor-patient communication than clinical medicine majors(P<0.05).Medical students with different majors and nationalities are relatively weak in the dimensions of methods and skills of inquiry;Girls'cognition of inquiry and doctor-patient communication is weaker than boys'(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the requirements of first-class course construction,we should pay attention to enriching teaching mode,reforming teaching methods,strengthening practice and early contact with clinic to improve the teaching effect of inquiry and doctor-patient communication.
