摘  要:目的在国际交流日益密切和频繁的背景下,调查当前医护人员跨文化敏感度现状,以期为医护人员的继续教育、医患关系的和谐发展提供参考。方法2023年5-7月,采用一般资料调查表和中国跨文化敏感度量表对安徽省588名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果医护人员跨文化敏感度总分为(73.05±11.59)分,性别、岗位、最高学历、自评英语水平、国外书籍和影视接触经历、与外籍患者接触或交流经历等均为医护人员跨文化敏感度的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释医护人员跨文化敏感度35.6%的变异度。结论医疗卫生相关管理者和教育者应结合当前时代发展背景,关注在健康服务中跨文化敏感度的重要性,针对不同特征医护人员,探索有效的继续教育方法和管理策略,以提升医护人员的跨文化敏感度水平。Objective In the context of increasingly close and frequent international exchange,to investigate the current intercultural sensitivity of medical staffs,so as to provide reference for the continuing education of medical staffs and the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationships.Methods From May to July 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 588 medical staffs in Anhui Province with General Information Questionnaire and the Chinese Intercultural Sensitivity Scale.Results The total score of medical staffs'intercultural sensitivity was(73.05±11.59)score,and factors such as gender,position,highest education level,self-assessment of English proficiency,exposure to foreign books and films,and contact or communication with foreign patients were all influencing factors(P<0.05),which could explain the variation of 35.6%in intercultural sensitivity among medical staffs.Conclusion Medical and health-related managers and educators should combine the current development background,pay attention to the importance of intercultural sensitivity in health services,and explore effective continuing education methods and management strategies for medical staffs with different characteristics to enhance their intercultural sensitivity level.
