山西某医学高职院校新生自我和谐、孤独感与总体幸福感的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高职新生自我和谐、孤独感与总体幸福感之间的关系以及孤独感是否在自我和谐与总体幸福感之间起中介作用,为制订提升高职新生总体幸福感的策略提供理论依据。方法采用自我和谐量表、加州大学洛杉矶分校的孤独量表(UCLA孤独量表)及总体幸福感量表对山西省某医学高职院校343名大学新生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行描述性统计、相关分析以及中介效应检验。结果(1)高职新生自我和谐处于中等水平,孤独感处于中等偏上水平,总体幸福感处于中等水平。(2)相关分析结果显示,自我和谐与孤独感呈显著正相关(P<0.01);自我和谐与总体幸福感呈显著负相关(P<0.01);孤独感与总体幸福感呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。(3)中介效应检验结果显示,孤独感在自我和谐与总体幸福感间起部分中介作用。结论山西某医学高职院校新生孤独感在自我和谐和总体幸福感之间起部分中介作用,应提高其自我和谐水平,降低其孤独感水平,以增强其总体幸福感。Objective To explore relationship among freshmen's self-consistency,loneliness and overall well-being in a higher vocational college,and whether loneliness plays a mediating role between self-consistency and overall well-being to provide theoretical basis for formulating strategies to enhance freshmen's overall well-being in higher vocational college.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 343 freshmen from a higher medical vocational college in Shanxi Province with the Self-consistency Scale,UCLA Loneliness Scale,and Overall well-being Scale.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and median effect testing were conducted on the data.Results(1)Freshmen in higher vocational college have a moderate level of self-consistency,loneliness is above average,overall well-being is at moderate level.(2)The correlation analysis results showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between self-consistency and loneliness.There is a significant negative correlation between self-consistency and overall well-being(P<0.01).Loneliness is significantly negatively correlated with overall well-being(P<0.01).(3)The results of the median effect test showed that loneliness partially mediates the relationship between self-consistency and overall well-being.Conclusion Loneliness among freshmen in a higher medical vocational college in Shanxi Province plays a partial mediating role between self-consistency and overall well-being.It is necessary to improve their level of self-consistency and reduce their level of loneliness to enhance their overall well-being.
