摘 要:目的本研究旨在研究图文结合习题和不同类型教学视频在组织学和胚胎学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2021级影像班和全科医学班学生为研究对象,实验组采用图文结合习题,对照组采用传统纯文字习题。两组学生在教学过程中使用相同的教学视频辅助教学。课程结束后,对两组学生的切片成绩和期末成绩进行比较和相关性分析,使用调查问卷评价两组的教学效果。结果实验组学生的成绩和高分段学生人数均显著高于对照组。实验组切片成绩和期末成绩之间存在密切相关性,实验组图文结合习题相关知识考点试题中,超过50%得分率的试题数量显著高于对照组。调查问卷显示,图文结合习题配合教学视频中的微课视频更有利于知识的掌握。结论使用图文结合习题能更好地加强组织学与胚胎学理论知识和实践内容的联系。This study aims to investigate the effects of using combined text and image exercises and different types of instructional videos in education of histology and embryology.Students from the Imaging Class and the General Medicine Class of the 2021 cohort at our school were selected as research subjects.The experimental group used combined text and image exercises,while the control group used traditional text-only exercises.Both groups utilized the same instructional videos to assist teaching during the course.After the course ended,the scores on tissue slides and final grades of the two groups were compared and analyzed for correlation,and a survey questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness in both groups.The results showed that the scores and the number of high-scoring students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was a close correlation between the slide scores and the final grades in the experimental group.In the experimental group,the number of exam questions related to the combined text and image exercises with a passing rate over 50%was significantly higher than that in the control group.The survey questionnaire revealed that the micro-lessons in the instructional videos paired with the combined text and image exercises were more beneficial for knowledge acquisition.This demonstrates that the use of combined text and image exercises can more effectively strengthen the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical content in histology and embryology.
