摘　　要：基于近代中国国情、社会需要和自身公共卫生学科背景、任职经历,胡定安在实践中形成了比较系统的公共卫生思想。胡定安公共卫生思想主要包括四个方面的内容:一是发展公共卫生事业必须加强卫生行政建设,二是公共卫生的中心工作是厉行扑灭传染病,三是建设公共卫生要关注婴幼、劳工等特殊群体,四是提倡公共卫生根本上要从卫生教育着手。胡定安公共卫生思想具有强烈的问题导向,展现了胡定安作为公共卫生专家的责任担当,对民众疾苦的悲悯情怀以及通过卫生救国,实现民族复兴的美好愿望。Based on the conditions of modern China,social needs,and his background and experience in public health,Hu Ding'an developed relatively systematic public health thoughts in practice.Hu Ding'an's public health thoughts mainly include four aspects:first,the development of public health requires strengthening the construction of health administration;second,the central task of public health is to vigorously fight infectious diseases;third,the construction of public health should pay attention to special groups such as infants and children and laborers;fourth,public health should fundamentally start with health education.Hu Ding'an's public health thoughts are strongly problem-oriented,showcasing his sense of responsibility as a public health expert,his compassion for the suffering of the people,and his noble aspiration to achieve national rejuvenation through health improvement.
