静默疗法放松练习在重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折合并脊柱侧弯患者术后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨静默疗法放松练习在重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)合并脊柱侧弯患者术后的临床应用。方法:选取我院2020年7月至2022年7月收治的96例重度OVCF合并脊柱侧弯患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组48例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受静默疗法放松练习。比较2组不同时间视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科学会腰痛疾患评定表(JOA)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组干预7 d、14 d、28 d后PSQI评分、VAS评分、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:静默疗法放松练习可改善重度OVCF合并脊柱侧弯患者术后睡眠质量,并减轻疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the clinical application of relaxation exercise using silent therapy in patients with severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)combined with scoliosis after surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients with severe OVCF combined with scoliosis admitted to our hospital from Jul 2020 to Jul 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received relaxation exercise based on the control group.The visual analog scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Assessment Scale(JOA),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups at different times.Results:The PSQI,VAS and ODI scores in the observation group after 7,14,and 28 days of intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The JOA in the observation group after 7,14,and 28 days of intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Silent therapy relaxation exercise can improve the sleep quality and reduce the degree of pain in patients with severe OVCF combined with scoliosis after surgery.
