摘 要:传统的空气起动机控制系统主要通过硬件仪器来实现,存在操作复杂、精度低、功能难以拓展等缺点。基于LabVIEW软件开发平台,结合传感器、信号调理器、数据采集卡等硬件设备,开发了一套先进的空气起动机控制系统。该系统能够对空气起动机的主要参数进行监测,同时也可以控制空气起动机的辅助设备进行相应的动作。实验表明,系统操作简单、性能稳定、功能易拓展,对提升空气起动机的工作效率、生产效益和工作安全具有一定的意义。The traditional air starter control system is mainly realized by hardware instruments,which has some disadvantages,such as complex operation,low precision,difficult to expand functions and so on.Based on this,this paper develops an advanced air starter control system based on LabVIEW software development platform,combined with sensors,signal conditioner,data acquisition card and other hardware equipment.The system can monitor the main parameters of the air starter and control the auxiliary equipment of the air starter to act accordingly.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simple operation,stable performance and easy expansion of functions,which is of certain significance to improve the work efficiency,production efficiency and work safety of the air starter.
