摘　　要：伴随着经济与科技的快速发展,银行业的发展和变化对人才的知识、技能提出了新的要求,这也对人才培养提出了新的要求。OBE教学理念是目前国内外教学体系中得到广泛认可和应用的一种教育模式,强调以学生为中心,以结果为导向。根据商业银行业务与经营课程理论与实践结合度高、课程内容更新快、学科综合性强的特点,结合OBE教学理念,在课程目标设置、教学内容补充与完善、教学方法创新与应用、考评反馈机制健全等方面,提出教学改革思路以及优化路径,从而提升教学效果和教学质量,为OBE教学理念下的教学改革提供参考。With the rapid development of economy and Sci.&Tech,the development and changes of the banking industry have put forward new requirements for the knowledge and skills of talents,which also put forward new requirements for talent training.The OBE teaching concept is a widely recognized and applied education model in the current domestic and foreign teaching systems.This model emphasizes student-centered and result-oriented.According to the characteristics of high integration of theory and practice,rapid update of course content,strong comprehensiveness of the subject in the course of commercial banking business and management,and combined with the OBE teaching concept,teaching reform ideas and optimization paths are proposed in the aspects of course goal setting,teaching content supplementation and improvement,teaching method innovation and application,and evaluation and feedback mechanism improvement,in order to improve teaching effects and enhance teaching quality,and provide reference for teaching reform under the OBE teaching concept.
