摘　　要：结合物流专业人才培养规律和现代社会物流人才需求,基于OBE-CDIO教育理念和工程思想模式,分别从教学体系构建、教学模式设计、教学过程实施等几方面进行了探讨,提出物流工程专业实践教学改革策略,通过改革前后教学效果对比,检验“四阶段”教学模式的可行性,旨在提高物流专业实践教学质量,进而提升学生专业实践能力和创新创业能力。Based on OBE-CDIO education concept and engineering thought mode,this paper discusses the construction of teaching system,design of teaching mode and implementation of teaching process,and puts forward the reform strategy of practical teaching of logistics engineering specialty.By comparing the teaching effect before and after the reform,the paper analyzes the training rules of logistics professionals and the needs of logistics talents in modern society.To test the feasibility of the"four-stage"teaching model,the aim is to improve the quality of practical teaching of logistics majors,and further enhance students'professional practice ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
