摘  要:目的通过对巩膜缝线固定置换后房型人工晶状体(IOL)手术治疗中远期IOL脱位的手术前后比较,评价术式的临床疗效。方法回顾性病例研究。纳入2022年3月—2024年3月期间于浙江大学医学院附属第二医院行手术治疗的中远期IOL脱位患者19例(23眼),行巩膜缝线固定置换后房型IOL手术治疗。统计患者手术前后的裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压(IOP)、角膜内皮计数和术后并发症的发生率。结果经过1个月~1年的随访,患者术后的UCVA、BCVA均较术前提高(P<0.05),IOP较术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无相关严重并发症。结论巩膜缝线固定置换后房型IOL手术对中远期IOL脱位具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of replacement surgery with scleral suture fixation on medium and long-term intraocular lens(IOL)dislocation.Methods Retrospective case study.A total of 19 patients(23 eyes)with medium-and long-term intraocular lens dislocation who had undergone IOL replacement surgery with scleral suture fixation in the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from March 2022 to March 2024 were enrolled.The uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),corneal endothelial count of pre-and post-operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were measured.Results After 1 month to 1 year of follow-up,the postoperative UCVA and BCVA were better than those before operation(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in IOP compared with that before operation(P>0.05),and there were no related serious complications.Conclusion Intraocular lens replacement surgery with scleral suture fixation has a good clinical effect on the medium and long term intraocular lens dislocation.
