摘　　要：电动机运行过程中必须监测的三项指标分别是声音、温度和振动值。通过分析这三项指标的异常情况,可以判断出电动机或其连接设备的实际问题。现分析了电动机本身原因造成的声音、温度、振动值指标异常的实例,阐述了具体原因并提出了处理方案,通过试验论证了该方案的可行性。为同类电动机指标异常提供了借鉴,提高电动机运行稳定性。Three indicators that have to be monitored during the operation of motor respectively are the sound,temperature and vibration values.By analyzing the abnormal situation of the three indicators,the actual problems of the motor or its connected equipment can be judged.This paper analyzes the practical examples of the three abnormal values caused by motor itself,expounds the specific reasons,puts forward the treatment scheme,and proves the feasibility of the scheme through experiment.It provides reference for the abnormal indexes of similar motor,and improves the operation stability of the motor.
