摘　　要：介绍了聚丙烯一期C601电动机在线监测系统包络峰值报警,检查后确定轴承发生轴伸端两口轴承内环粘连,并提出了整改措施,经验证得到良好效果,有效保证了电动机的安全运行。This paper introduces the envelope peak alarm of on-line monitoring system of PP phase I C601 motor.After checking,it is confirmed that two inner rings of the bearing on shaft extension end has been adhered,so this paper puts forward some corrective measures.It has been proved by experience that the results are good,which effectively guarantee the safe operation of the motor.
