高校中华传统美德进校园实施路径研究

摘　　要：中华传统美德是中华优秀传统文化的核心和精髓,蕴含着丰富的道德资源。推进中华传统美德进校园,是高校一项固本、铸魂、打底色的工程。坚持目标导向、问题导向、结果导向,采用系统化设计的思路,实施多层次融入、全员化参与、软硬件配套、校内外联动,探索构建高校中华传统美德进校园的课程体系、活动体系,以及高校中华传统美德进校园的长效机制、支持系统,形成中华传统美德在高校“进得去”“沉得下”“有实效”的整体性方案。Traditional Chinese virtues are at the heart of China’s exceptional traditional culture,embodying a wealth of moral values.The promotion of traditional Chinese virtues on campus serves as a project to strengthen the foundation,nurture the spirit,and set the tone.By adhering to a goal-oriented,problem-focused,and results-driven approach and embracing systematic design principles,multi-level integration,full staff participation,and the alignment of software and hardware both on and off campus,we aim to develop a curriculum and activity system that integrates traditional Chinese virtues into the fabric of colleges and universities.This initiative also seeks to establish a long-term mechanism and support system to ensure the sustained implementation of traditional Chinese virtues on campus.Through these efforts,we aim to create a comprehensive plan that enables traditional Chinese virtues to be effectively integrated,deeply rooted,and impactful within colleges and universities.
